Observed an expired CFSM certificate expired and posted in public view. Advised PIC a CFSM certificate which has expired, been revoked or suspended shall not be posted in the food service establishment. Advised PIC to obtain a current, unexpired CFSM certificate.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Upon arrival, observed Sani-Bucket, 2 plastic containers, and 1 plastic equipment stored inside the designated handwash sink. Advised PIC a handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. COS: PIC removed all items listed away from the designated handwash sink.

Observed 2023 Food Service Establishment permit not posted in public view. Advised PIC to post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. COS: PIC place the 2024 Food Service Establishment permit in public view.

Upon arrival, observed the most recent inspection report not posted in public view. Advised PIC The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Advised PIC to post the most recent inspection report in public view.
