Observed multiple sauce bottles filled with food products and in use at the cookline unlabeled with common name. Working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from its original packages shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. Stated to PIC to label all sauce bottles.

Observed food employee prepping while wearing watch. Except for a plan ring, food employees may not wear jewelry. Stated to PIC to have food employee remove watch.

Observed interior of reach in freezer 1 at the front food service with severe food debris in need of cleaning. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Stated to PIC to thoroughly clean nonfood contact surfaces.
