Observed self-closing, self-latching mechanism on gate in disrepair. Advised CPO that self-closing/self-latching gates shall be in good repair at all times. COS: CPO repaired gate so it adequately self-closes and self-latches at all opening points.

Observed missing depth marker near the 8 ft end of the pool. Advised CPO that depth markers shall be permanently installed in 4-inch lettering and numbers in contrasting color.
