Observed both entry way doors open. COS: PIC closed doors. CA: Keep outer opening sealed.

Regulation: 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - water supply, capacity; pressure (pf)
Observed hot water at 4-compartment sink measuring 106 degrees F. COS: PIC turned up water heater and sink measured above 110 degrees F. CA: Hot water at prep and dish wash sinks shall be minimum 110 degrees F or above.

Observed employee drink and food in reach in cooler opposite grill prep in with facility tea, coffee, and creamer. Advised to relocate. CA: Keep employee personal items in designated area to prevent cross contamination.
