Observed hand sink obstructed by multiple wipes, stored at front hand sink. Advised PIC hand washing sinks shall be accessible at all times and may not be used for purpose other than hand washing.

Observed both hand sinks with no paper towels. Advised PIC handwashing sinks shall be provided with disposable towels.

Observed on various prep tables and the prep top cooler in the main kitchen, multiple sauce bottles filled with condiments not labeled with a common name. Advised PIC working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original package for use shall be clearly and legibly identified in English with the common name of the food. Advised PIC to label all sauce bottles with common name.

Observed insect control device stored directly above prep-table in the main kitchen area. Advised PIC that insect control devices shall be stored away from food prep areas, ware washing facilities, and clean utensils and equipment. Advised PIC to relocate insect control device.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed no food contact surfaces of exterior bun slicer/toaster, fry baskets, and shelving units in the main kitchen stored as clean with excessive debris and residue. Advised PIC that non-food contact surface shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean all non-food contact surfaces.
