Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed procedures not on file in order to respond to vomit/fecal events. Advised PIC that procedures and EPA-approved disinfectant shall be on site in order to respond to vomit/fecal events. Advised PIC to obtain procedures in order to respond to vomit/fecal events.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed food contact surface of the interior of microwave with severe food debris and residue. Advised PIC that equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned during the operations when contamination may occur. Advised PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of the interior of microwave.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(d) - food storage containers identified with common name of food (c)
Observed multiple seasoning shakers at the front-food service area not labeled with the common name of its contents. Advised PIC that once removed from its original container, working container contents must be labeled with it common name. Advised PIC to label all seasoning shakers with its contents common name.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(q)1&3 - good repair & calibration (c)
Observed front-food service RIC with an ambient temperature of 48 degrees F. Advised PIC that equipment's ambient air temperature shall be in good condition and in range for its intended use. Advised to have unit serviced.
