Observed multiple plates and bowls stored on prep table near the prep top coolers in the main kitchen not inverted. Clean equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored covered or inverted. COS: PIC and food employee inverted plates and bowls at the prep table in the main kitchen.
