Observed frozen hot dogs thawing in front service hand wash sink. COS: PIC moved frozen hot dogs to cooler. CA: Hand wash sinks shall be for hand washing only.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed single use articles stored on floor in cage in rear store area. COS: PIC moved to shelves. CA: Keep single use articles minimum 6 inches off floor.

Observed employee food stored in front service warmer with facility food items. COS: PIC moved to designated area. CA: Keep employee personal items stored in designated areas away from facility items and food.
