15 - depth and no diving markers, step marking; installed and contrasting
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(3)(h) - (h) depth markers number and letters shall be tile and four inches minimum in height. numbers shall be of contrasting color to the background on which they are applied.
Observed NO Diving not in 4 inch lettering. Advised to install prior to 2026 pool season
12 - grab/hand rails, ladders installed and secure
Regulation: 511-3-5-.06(3)(f)1. - 1. handrails, if removable, shall be installed in such a way that they cannot be removed without the use of tools.
Observed ladder missing protective end caps. Ladder shall be properly install so to prevent injury or harm. Advised to replace missing end caps to obtain pool permit.
16 - pool deck: maintained, unobstructed and clean
Regulation: 511-3-5-.06(1)(f) - (f) the deck, including coping, shall have a minimum four feet width of continuous, unobstructed walking area maintained at all times unless otherwise allowed in the chapter.
Observed deep etching in multiple areas. Pool in need of replastering. Pool shall be replastered prior to 2026 pool season in order to obtain 2026 permit.
