12 - grab/hand rails, ladders installed and secure
Observed loose grab rail with missing end aps near the 5 ft depth marker. Stated to CPO that grab/handrails, ladders cannot be removed without the use of tools. COS: CPO tightened and place end caps on grab rail.
22 - signs: peak occupancy/pool/spa/signs legible and in clearview
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(13)(c) - (c) a sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy.
Observed hours of operation signage not posted near the entrance of the pool. A sign stating the theoretical peak occupancy and hours of operation shall be posted near the entrance of the pool. COS: CPO placed hours of operation on the entrance gate of the pool.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(12)(b) - (b) where no lifeguard is on duty, a sign or signs shall be placed in clear view at or near the entrance to the pool and shall state in clearly legible letters at least four inches high “warning - no life guard on duty and risk of drowning - supervis
Observed No Lifeguard on Duty signage not posted within the pool enclosure. No Lifeguard on Duty /Supervise Children sing in 4 in letter legible in clean view shall be posted. COS: CPO placed No Lifeguard on Duty Signage in pool enclosure.
25 - pump strainer: basket cleanable
Regulation: 511-3-5-.09(2) - (2) strainer or screen. with all pressure filter systems, a cleanable strainer or screen shall be provided upstream of the circulation pumps to remove solids and debris such as hair and lint.
Observed strainer basket not clean during time of inspection. A cleanable strainer basket shall be provided upstream of the pump and maintained. COS: CPO cleaned strainer basket.
