Advised PIC furniture shall be kept in good repair and clean

Observed staining and tears on bed linens, pillows, and mattresses in rooms 200, 119, 126, 108, 106, 211, 210, and 204. Advised PIC that all bedding shall be clean and in good condition at all times

Advised PIC bathrooms and their fixtures shall be cleaned and maintained in good repair. Advised to clean and repair all bathroom fixtures

Observed the 1st and 3rd floor ice machine with severe pink mold-like substance. Advised PIC that ice machines shall be cleaned and maintained in good repair at all times. Advised to thoroughly clean ice machines

Observed debris and rusting in microwaves in guestrooms 117, 108, and 221; observed staining on bedroom curtain in guestrooms 210 and 221. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean all microwaves and curtains in guestrooms listed

Observed staining on pillows, bed linens, and mattress cover in rooms 108, 218, and 117; observed holes in bedlinens in rooms 221. Advised PIC beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean bed linens, pillows, and mattress covers in rooms listed

Observed staining on the bathroom ceiling in guestroom 218; observed staining on showerhead in room 110; observed paint peeling on bathroom walls and ceilings in room 117 and 218; observed hairs on towel in room 221. Advised PIC Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean all guestroom bathrooms listed

Observed white panel on the bulk ice machine located on the 1st and 2nd floor stored as clean with black and pink mold-like substance. Advised PIC that ice machines shall be maintained in good repair and cleaned at all times. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean the interior of the bulk ice machine located on the 1st and 2nd floor

Observed food crust on fridge cabinet in 125, base of fridge cabinet is damaged in 221. Ironing board cover has stains on it in 110. Equipment and furniture shall be clean and in good condition

Observed light shielding cracked in 3 bedrooms. Advised PIC to replace. CA: Keep light fixtures in good repair

Observed stains on mattress protectors in rooms 126, 210, 229, and 230 & observed stain on top sheet in room 308. Also observed cigarette burns on blankets in rooms 229 & 230. Observed crumbs on dust ruffle in room 211 & deceased insect on dust ruffle in room 230. CA: All bed clothing shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed crumbs in hall stair well on first floor and ashes and crumbs in vending rooms on floors 1 & 2. Advised PIC to clean

Observed jacuzzi tub in room 211 in need of cleaning. Also observed toilets in rooms 229 & 307 with build up and in need of cleaning. Observed shower door in room 229 in need of cleaning and crumbs on vanity in same room. Advised PIC to clean. CA: Toilet facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair
