Observed live pest activity in the kitchen area on the floor. Advised PIC to contact a pest control provider for service. PIC informed that Cooks pest control is scheduled to service the facility next week.

Observed hand sink obstructed upon arrival in the main kitchen. Advised PIC hand sinks shall be accessible at all times. COS: Pan removed from sink.
