Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed hand sink being blocked by the door. COS-PIC closed the door. Advised PIC hand sink must remain accessible at all times.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed PIC wiping the food contact surface of the counter with a cloth and no sanitizer. Advised on proper sanitization methods and to properly clean table. COS-PIC made sanitizer bucket and the chorine concentration read at 50 ppm.
