Observed clean dishes on shelf in kitchen stored under a leaking air condition unit. Food contact areas of equipment dishes and utilities shall be stored protected from contamination. Advised to remove dishes from under leaking unit then rewash, rinse and sanitize stored dishes and to store in a protected area. Corrected during inspection

Observed multiple soiled and cracked in-use bulk containers along with soiled and soiled lids in need of replacing. Advised to replace damaged containers and lids

Observed build-up on hood vent and on wall shelves in kitchen, and on lower shelves in kitchen Advised to properly clean the listed equipment.
