Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed build-up on inside of prep line cooler and on biscuit rack and on metal shelves in kitchen and on sides of equipment, and equipment doors. Equipment shall be free of accumulation. Advised to clean.

Observed build-up on air intake vents in the lobby area. Observed build-up on ceiling tiles around multiple ceiling vents in lobby. Areas mentioned shall be free of accumulation. Advised to clean.
