Observed several TCS food items measuring temperatures above 41 degrees. CA: Discussed with PIC thatfood shall be maintained at 41 degrees or below at all times. COS: PIC discarded food
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed multiple areas of kitchen floor tiles that are in need of regrouting or damaged tiles in need of repairing. Instructed floor tile shall be maintained.
