Regulation: 511-6-1.05(9)(c) - storage of soiled linens (c)
Observed multiple soiled cleaning cloths stored on counters in multiple areas in the kitchen. used cleaning cloths shall be stored in sanitizer solution of or in soiled linins container/bag. PIC placed cloths in bucket of sanitizer solution.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed build up on floors in walk in cooler, dish wash area and in kitchen under equipment and along base of walls and under shelves and counters. Hard to reach areas shall be properly clean to prevent the accumulation of build up. Advised to clean floors in hard to reach areas.
