Upon arrival, observed inadequate peak hot water demands throughout the establishment. Advised PIC hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. COS: PIC reset hot water heater in order for the facility to meet peak hot water demands.

Upon arrival, observed 2024 Food Service Establishment permit posted in public view. Advised PIC that a current Food Service Establishment Permit shall be posted in public view at all times. Advised PIC to obtain the 2025 Food Service Establishment Permit and post in public view.

Observed reach in cooler #2 with an ambient temperature of 49F (No TCS). Advised PIC that ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Advised PIC to have unit serviced.

Observed no evidence of employee health reporting agreement forms during time of inspection. Advised PIC food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report illness and symptoms related to foodborne illnesses. CA: Advised PIC to provide health agreement forms to the Health Authority upon request.

During time of inspection, did not observe 2024 Food Service Establishment permit posted in public view. Advised PIC that a current Food Service Establishment permit shall be posted in public view at all times. CA: Advised PIC to obtain 2024 Food Service Establishment permit and to post in public view.

Upon arrival, did not observe the most recent inspection report posted at the drive-thru window. Advised PIC that food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. CA: Advised PIC to place the top 1/3 portion of the most recent inspection report at the drive thru window.

Observed no CFSM certificate posted in public view at time of inspection, CFSM certificate posted in back area of kitchen. CA: Advised PIC The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment.
