Upon arrival, observed inadequate peak hot water demands throughout the establishment. Advised PIC hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. COS: PIC reset hot water heater in order for the facility to meet peak hot water demands.

Upon arrival, observed 2024 Food Service Establishment permit posted in public view. Advised PIC that a current Food Service Establishment Permit shall be posted in public view at all times. Advised PIC to obtain the 2025 Food Service Establishment Permit and post in public view.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(q)1&3 - good repair & calibration (c)
Observed reach in cooler #2 with an ambient temperature of 49F (No TCS). Advised PIC that ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Advised PIC to have unit serviced.
