Observed the left side of the reach in cooler in the front food service area had an ambient temperature between 44-45F. CA: All cooler units must be kept in good repair and proper adjustment and maintain at 41F or below. COS: TCS food cold holding above 41F was discarded. Other TCS food was moved to other coolers until that unit cannot be serviced with the exception of the right side which was cold holding at 39F. Send invoice to the Health Department after the unit is serviced within 24 hours.
