Observed cookie dough bites, cheese cake bites, whipped ceam, cut strawberries in self-service bar above 41F. (*see temp long for temps) C/A: time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below at all times. COS: Cheesecake bites, whipped cream, cookie dough bites, and cut strawberries discarded at time of inspection.

bserved several single use cups without handles stored directly in buckets of candy in dry storage on shelves. C/A: Storage of In-Use Utensils. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container. COS: All single use cups were removed from food products and discarded at time of inspection.
