Observed the handwashing sink next to the rinsing sink without any soap. C/A Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Pf COS PIC replaced the liquid soap at that sink

Observed a pot filled with water resting in the handwashing sink C/A A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Pf
- A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Pf COS PIC removed the pot from the sink
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed a large pot with pooled eggs in the bottom of the prep cooler that was placed there 24 hours ago without a proper date marking. C/A Except as specified in paragraphs 4 through 6 of this subsection, refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and packaged by a food processing plant shall be clearly marked, at the time the original container is opened in a food service establishment and if the food is held for more than 24 hours, to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, when held at a temperature of 41°F (5°C) or below for a maximum of 7 days after the original container is opened. The day the original container is opened in the food service establishment shall be counted as Day 1, except, the day or date marked by the food service establishment may not exceed a manufacturer’s use by date if the manufacturer determined the use-by date based on food safety; Pf COS PIC placed a date sticker on the pot

Observed several cove quarry tiles missing from the kitchen area. C/A Maintaining Premises. The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter.
- The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. COS Facility must correct the violation in 72 hours and submit pictures and invoice to the EHS UPDATE: ON 2/26/2025 THE MANAGER OF THE FACILITY SUBMITTED PICTURES OGF THE QUARRY TILES BEING REPAIRED. VIOLATION CORRECTED

Observed a soiled slicer stored on the counter next to the reach in freezer that is not in use. Observed several white plastic cutting boards covered in black stains that are not in use. C/A Maintaining Premises. The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter. COS Operator has 72 hors to correct the violations and provide a picture to the EHS UPDATE: ON 2/26/2025 THE MANAGER OF THE FACILIYY SUBMITTED PICTURED OF THE SLICER STORED AWAY AND THE CUTTING BOARDS REMOVED. VIOLATION CORRECTED
