Where ventilation ducts are used, ducts from toilet rooms shall not be connected into return ventilation ducts to any other room. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture. All new or major renovation of a tourist accommodation will require mechanical ventilation to be installed to the outside of the building separate from heating and air-condition systems. Observed Ice machines in floors 4,5,6, and 7 with red/pink slime in the inside of it. Observed black mold like accumulations in the ice machine on floor 2 CA Ice machines shall be kept clean

Observed room 805 and 611 with stained linen and/or mattresses. Observed pillows with hair in room 611 CA: Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Observed rooms 422, 805, and 611 lacking ventilation in bathroom and black colored mold like accumulations on ceiling (bathroom). Observed rooms 212, 312, and 812 lack anti-slip surface in showers/tubs. C/A: Anti-slip tubs slip strips, appliqués, or slip-proof mats shall be provided in each bathing facility and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed ice machines on floors 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 with heavy accumulation of pink slime/ black colored mold on dispenser. C/A: Ensure that ice machines are cleaned and sanitized
