Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed the only hand sink behind the bar blocked by an ice storage bin.
C/A: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.
NOTE: per manager ice bin is mounted to the bar wall and not able to be moved; and facility recently upgraded to a larger ice bin

Observed hand sink behind bar without paper towels or any approved hand drying method.
C/A: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:

A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.Pf

Observed black and pink mold-like build up on the interior ice dispenser of the bulk ice machine located in the main kitchen.
C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
COS: ice being discarded at time of inspection; ice machine cleaned to sight and touch
