C/A: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Observed 18 unlabeled squeeze bottles with unknown sauces inside, stored on the prep table in the main kitchen. Observed unlabeled large container of white powder, pic stated was flour stored on the bottom of the prep table in the main kitchen. C/A:

PIC could not verify food employees have been trained on the reportable symptoms or illnesses. PIC stated A new hire working the cash register started a week ago and had not been trained on employee health. C/A: Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. COS: PIC had a paper copy for employees to sign off on.

Facility did not have any working test strips to test for quat sanitizer solution. C/A: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
