Observed clean utensils stored in dirty container in main kitchen area. Observed soda nozzles with black residue in bar area.
CA: All food contact surfaces shall be kept clean to sight and touch.
COS: Employee cleaned food contact surfaces.

Observed grease buildup on back wall behind 3 compartment sink in main kitchen. Observed grease build up and dust on hood vents in main kitchen area.
