Observed the phone cutting in and out and unable to connect. Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(13)(c) - (c) a sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy.
Observed the following signage not posted: pool occupancy, pool hours, pool risks, and "WARNING NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY-RISK OF DROWNING SUPERVISE CHILDERN CLOSELY". C/A: Provide and post all required pool signage. Required pool signage document provided.
