Observed the CPO expired on March 2025. Operator has 60 days to get an updated CPO. Pool operator told EHS he was enrolled in the class but did not provide a registration number. C/A The trained operator shall have a current certificate showing completion of an approved operator training course. A copy or the original certificate or documentation shall be available onsite for inspection by the Health Authority.
Observed no door at the men's toilet stall. Observed the men's bathroom without a lock/unable to lock the door.

Emergency phone was in a box that was screwed shut and no dial tone and no address. C/A An operable, hard-wired, conventional telephone line or continuous powered source, weatherproof emergency phone shall be permanently installed in a conspicuous location within the pool enclosure and must be readily available to bathers at all times. The emergency phone shall be capable of connecting to 911 and electronically transferring an automatic number identification and automatic locator identification of the pool emergency phone to the public safety answering point, if available. A 911 sign or the names and phone numbers of the nearest available police, fire, ambulance service or rescue unit shall be posted nearby.

Observed the flow meter bobbin stuck. The gauge shall be located after the filtering equipment and in such location on the return line, so as to measure the total amount of water returning to the pool according to the manufacturer’s installation specifications.

Observed no water movement through the skimmers and did not feel any water movement when I stuck my hand into the skimmer. C/A Water should move through the skimmers and not the main drain
Observed one of the pressure gauge from the filter not working. C/A Pressure gauge needs replacing
Observed the door to the men water closet missing. Observed inside from the inside door missing and unable to lock the bathroom door in the men side. C/A Must install a door to the men's water closed and replace the lever at the door
