- Observed black buildup in closet door of room 111.
- Observed soiled microwaves and refrigerator in rooms 111 and 323.
- Observed buildup of dust in AC filter in room 126.
- Observed no bulb in light fixture in room 319.
C/A: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered

- Observed several mattresses scattered near dumpster and in woods near building C.
- Observed tire under stairwell outside of room 115.
C/A: Grounds, including spaces beneath buildings and trailers, shall be kept clean and free of litter
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

C/A: Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair. While being used by tourists, every surface of a bathtub, shower, shower enclosure, toilet and lavatory, which may come in contact with a person’s body, must be sanitized each day

Observed interior of two (2) ice machines near lobby soiled with black and green buildup.
C/A: Ice machines shall be stored in a clean place and shall be kept clean.
*EHS discussed creating cleaning schedule for upkeep of ice machine.
