Observed pink slime build up in the ice machine in main kitchen. C/A-Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS- PIC cleaned with sanitizer wiping cloth

Observed WIC leaking in main kitchen. Per PIC work order has been placed. C/A- Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule.

Observed no chlorine test strips on site for 3 compartment sink sanitizer. C/A-A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Pf
