C/A-Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. Observed 3 spray bottles containing liquid unlabeled. C/A-Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material COS- PIC labeled all three bottles (bleach, water, sanitizer)

Observed pig in a blankets cooling on rack temping at 12:10 at 66F and 67F and tempted again at 12:50 still at 66F and 67F. Per PIC pig in a blankets began cooling at 9:00am. C/A-Cooked time/temperature control for safety food shall be cooled: (i) Within 2 hours from 135°F (57°C) to 70°F (21°C); P (ii) Within a total of 6 hours from 135°F (57°C) to 41°F (5°C) or less COS- PIC placed pig in a blankets in RIF for rapid cooling
