Observed the deli display case at the front service area with heavy accumulation of black mild like substance. C/A Equipment shall be clean often enough to prevent accumulation of mold COS: ALL DELI MEAT WAS REMOVED FROM THE UNIT AND WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING CLEAN BEFORE EHS LEFT
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used

Observed one light above the cooking hood burned out. C/A At least 50 foot candles (540 lux) at a surface where a food service employee is working with food or working with utensils or equipment such as knives, slicers, grinders, or saws where employee safety is a factor.
COS: Facility has 72 hours to replace the light
