Observed raw chicken stored above cooked soup, salmon and sausage in the reach-in freezer in the main kitchen. Observed raw shrimp stored directly on top of crema sauce, red and green salsa (ready to eat sauce) in the bottom of the prep top cooler in the main kitchen. C/A: Food shall be stored in order of cook temperature in order to prevent cross contamination. COS: Raw chicken moved to the bottom of the reach in freezer. sauces placed above raw shrimp in the bottom prep top cooler.

Observed employee personal food stored directly next to and above food used for the facility in the reach in cooler in the main kitchen. C/A: Ensure employees personal items stored in designated area away from food and single service items.
