Observed, in main kitchen, 2 handwashing sinks with no paper towels/hand drying provision. Only sink in front food service fully stocked. C/A: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with disposable paper towels or continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel. COS: PIC placed paper towels in dispenser.

Observed, in main kitchen, ice machine with a buildup of black debris and possible mold in the ice chute and on top of interior ice machine, that could potentially cause ice to become contaminated. C/A: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.
