Observed black build up in ice machine at drive through window. Observed soda nozzles with orange slime build up at soda machine in drive through window. Observed ice scoop sitting on top of ice machine cover. C/A-Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS- Inside ice machine was cleaned with sanitizer rag. PIC removed all soda nozzles to be washed and sanitized. Ice scoop was washed and sanitized and placed in ice with handle up.
