Observed three boxes of liquid egg above RTE foods in WIC in main kitchen. C/A- Food shall be protected from cross contamination by storing food based on minimum internal cook temperature. COS- Liquid egg moved to bottom shelf and RTE food moved to top shelf

Observed several dishes being actively washed in main kitchen dishwasher at final rise temperature of 163F. C/A- The temperature of the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse for manual dish washer shall be minimum 180F. COS- PIC placed work order on dishwasher and is using 3-compartment sink in the mean time
