Observed the buoy not coast guard approved. Pool operator stated the HOA replace it with a ring from Amazon C/A Buoy must be U.S. Coast Guard approved.

Observed one of the main handrails (left side of the pool)loose and coming out of the concrete C/A Grab bar must be securely attached and unable to come out of the concrete
