Observed two large containers (one plastic and one metal) of pre-portioned packages of ham and turkey in the walk in cooler cold holding above 41F.
CA: When cold holding TCS food shall be maintained at 41F or below.
COS: items were discarded.
4-2A - food stored covered
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv) - packaged & unpackaged food, food stored covered(c)
Observed all items (11 soups/sauces) stored in steam table uncovered in the main kitchen.
CA: Food shall be stored covered to prevent and protect from overhead contamination.
COS: covers were added to all items in the steam table.

Observed inspection report from 1/13/2025 displayed at facility.
C/A: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
