C/A: The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times, and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority.

Observed 2-conatiners of low-fat chocolate milk held beyond manufacture's use by date (11/30/25) in upper slide door RIC in drive thru area.
C/A: Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date.

Observed large amounts of ice accumulated along door, floor, fan grates, and ceiling inside WIF in main kitchen.
C/A: Repair unit and clean; Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
