Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(c) - handwashing sinks, installation (pf, c)
Observed no hot or cold water at only hand sink in main kitchen.
C/A: Supply hot and cold water at hand sink. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
Correct within agreed upon deadline; no food service operation is allowed at facility until violation is corrected.
COS-Informal 3/10/26: EHS observed only hand sink in main kitchen supplied with hot water (at least 85F) and cold water. Facility can resume all food service operations.
