Observed no hot or cold water at only hand sink in main kitchen.

C/A: Supply hot and cold water at hand sink. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.

Correct within agreed upon deadline; no food service operation is allowed at facility until violation is corrected.

COS-Informal 3/10/26: EHS observed only hand sink in main kitchen supplied with hot water (at least 85F) and cold water. Facility can resume all food service operations.

1. Observed accumulated cobwebs and dirt along wall area behind cold holding unit in main kitchen.
2. Observed floors throughout main kitchen soiled with dirt and residue; primarily behind appliances and 3-compartmetn sink.

C/A: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.

Observed no employee hand-wash signage in men's and women's restrooms in lobby.

C/A: A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.

EHS emailed hand-wash signage.

Observed no CDPH Inspection report posted within facility.

C/A: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.

Observed no choking poster/signage posted in lobby of facility.

C/A: Post choking posting in view of all clients.
