Observed shelled eggs in prep unit bottom stored above cooked chicken in main kitchen. Observed raw beef and cooked chicken on middle shelf stored below raw chicken in WIC in main kitchen. Observed shelled eggs stored above peeled onions in WIC in main kitchen. C/A- Food shall be stored based on minimum required internal cook temperature. COS- Food employee moved shelled eggs in bottom prep unit to bottom shelf and cooked chicken to top shelf. Moved raw beef and cooked chicken to top shelf above raw chicken. Moved peeled onions to the right so nothing is under shelled eggs

Observed front service employee state there was no designated PIC on site, no kitchen manager or PIC. C/A-There must be a person in charge on the premises of the food service establishment at all times. COS- PIC/ owner arrived on site during inspection. Front service had PIC on phone during inspection
