Observed RIC in the front service area with heavy accumulation of debris and spills on the bottom. CA Equipment is used for storage of packaged or unpackaged food, such as a reach-in refrigerator, and the equipment is cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues; COS Manager cleaned out the fridge before I left

Observed several bins (sugar bin in the kitchen area and chocolate chip and Oreo chips in the freezer area with scoops stored inside the bins and handle touching the food. CA Scoops In food that is not time/temperature control for safety food must be stored with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon;

Observed the RIC located in a hallway covered in ice cream residue. CA Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. COS Manager cleaned out the top of the fridge
