Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Observed milk cold holding at 47F in cooler at self-service breakfast bar. Observed yogurt cold holding at 50F in fridge in laundry room.
CA: All TCS items shall be maintained at 41F when cold holding.
COS: PIC threw out milk and yogurts from fridge and cooler.
