Observed utensils in the employee handwashing sink in the front area near the drive-thru area in the base of operation. CA: A sink used for food preparation or utensil washing, or a service sink or curbed cleaning facility used for the disposal of mop water or similar wastes, may not be provided with the handwashing aids and devices required for a handwashing sink. PIC had employee to remove utensils from the employee handwashing sink in the front area near the drive-thru area in the base of operation.

Observed visible black build-up in ice bin in drive-thru area in the base of operation. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned such as ice bins. PIC will clean and sanitize ice bin in drive-thru area in the base of operation.

Observed grease build up on the vent hood in the base of operation. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. PIC will have vent hood cleaned.

Observed visible orange build-up in large ice bin in storage building located outside of the facility. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned such as ice bins. PIC will clean and sanitize large ice bin in storage building located outside of the facility.

Observed visible black build-up in small ice bin near drive-thru area in base of operation. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned such as ice bins. PIC will clean and sanitize small ice bin near drive-thru area in base of operation.

Observed several cutting boards in the base of operation that had deep cuts and did not look clean to sight. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC will order new cutting boards.

Observed grease build up on the vent hoods in the base of operation. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC will have vent hoods cleaned.
