Observed utensils in the employee handwashing sink in the front area near the drive-thru area in the base of operation. CA: A sink used for food preparation or utensil washing, or a service sink or curbed cleaning facility used for the disposal of mop water or similar wastes, may not be provided with the handwashing aids and devices required for a handwashing sink. PIC had employee to remove utensils from the employee handwashing sink in the front area near the drive-thru area in the base of operation.

Observed visible black build-up in ice bin in drive-thru area in the base of operation. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned such as ice bins. PIC will clean and sanitize ice bin in drive-thru area in the base of operation.
