Observed no disposable hand towels at the employee handwashing sink in the bar area. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with disposable towels. PIC put disposable hand towels at the employee handwashing sink in the bar area.

Observed no handwashing cleanser at the employee handwashing sink in the bar area. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. PIC put handwashing cleanser at the employee handwashing sink in the bar area.

Observed brown build up in large ice machine in bar area. CA: Except when dry cleaning methods are used as specified under subsection (7)(e) of this Rule, surfaces of utensils and equipment contacting food that is not time/temperature control for safety food shall be cleaned: In equipment such as ice bins. PIC will clean and sanitize large ice machine in the bar area.

Observed no handwashing sign at the employee sink in the bar area. CA: A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. PIC will put an employee handwashing sign at the employee handwashing sink in the bar area.
