PIC will clean and sanitize ice bin in drive-thru area.

PIC will clean and sanitize the entire drink nozzle machine in the drive-thru area by today.

CA: Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. Both employees in the kitchen area put on proper hair restraints.
