Observed handwashing sink near the grill prep line without a supply of soap. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. PIC will have sink supplied with hand soap.

Observed black residue on bottom dispenser for fry dispenser machine. CA: Equipment food contact surface and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulation of soil. PIC cleaned and sanitized dispenser.
