Observed no disposable hand towels at the employee handwashing sink in the kitchen area. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual, disposable towels. PIC put disposable hand towels at the employee handwashing sink in the kitchen area.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed single-use items (plastic cups) in package stored on floor in dinning area of the facility. CA: Except as specified in paragraph 4 of this subsection, cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored: in a clean, dry location where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor. PIC will store single-use items (plastic cups) in packages at least 6 inches off the floor.
