Observed foods in bottom of prep unit and WIC stored uncovered and throughout kitchen. CA: Always cover stored food.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed dishes being washed in meat sink without proper sanitizer. COS: Process explained and washed again. CA: Setup 3-compartment sink when washing and don't use meat sink.

Observed employee wearing a bracelet while working with food. CA: Only a plain band can be worn when working with food.
