Observed food contact surfaces such as ice cream machine nozzle and syrup nozzles for drinks in need of cleaning to remove build-up and debris. CA: Clean surfaces thoroughly and routinely.

Observed cleaning needed on lids of ice cream topping, under and around microwave and other equipment, inside of cold holding units. CA: Clean areas thoroughly and routinely.
