Observed employees working with/prepping food while wearing bracelets and/or watch. CA: Ensure employees remove jewelry before working with food. Only a plain band is allowed.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoops without handles being used in prep area. CA: Only use a scoop with handle for food and ensure handle is up out of food.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Observed multiple dishes being wet stacked. CA: Ensure dishes properly air dry prior to stacking after washing, rinsing, and sanitizing.

Observed floors, walls, and ceiling (tiles) in need of cleaning to include caulk above 3-compartment sink. CA: Clean areas thoroughly and routinely.
